If there is such a thing possible we can look at the Brite Side of the last post I did!!!!!

This is a public fish cleaning station, open, without a soul around, Seems to be well engineered, very solid construction.

Its handicap accessible too so thats a plus!  Nice trough concrete floor.

Plenty of light, stainless cleaning tables, water spray included,
And a Fish Carcass Chute!  to a public operated small landingcraft/barge with totes to hold the fish waste behind the bldg. tied to a small dock below!

This very nice facility was vacant,  the large parking lot was vacant, and the Sea lions about a hundred yards away!
People said that folks will haul the fish from other ramps to clean them here.  But there were quite a few people fishing the mighty Columbia River and nary a soul here.  Its a few miles above the Meggler Bridge that crosses to Washington State in Astoria Ore.
I thought of renaming this story "paradise lost"  but it is what it is.    Just another story.

Nice facility there.  Personally, I have always liked to process my fish well offshore, though I know this is becoming taboo now days.  Its cleaner, better for the fish, and I figure why not give the offal back to the sharks, system, or whatever.
Hope springs eternal
for the consumate fishermen.
