ABU 444 spare part?

By the way, just wondering... does anybody happen to have a spare slider part and retaining pin for this early ABU 444? This one seems to be missing; it would be nice to get it working.

Parts seem hard to come by...perhaps 444A parts would work as well?

Thanks Smead; i'll keep that in mind. I haven't bothered to check with ABU yet; i just thought that someone here might have one lying around since there were a jillion of these reels made.
