Ive noticed this with a few of my pictures that are sent to this site as well as other persons pictures will be here and viewed for a spell then poof,  there is the big ugly square in its place......what happens?   seems like once the computer accepts the format for a day ir would stay?
Does any body have any comments or solutions.   I have used photobucket to send to this site, but others have not.

It is usualy caused by moving or deleting the photo at the host.

My experience with photo bucket is that if you move the picture in your library, you break the link and your pic goes poof!

Gary, are you organizing them after post here? I've noticed if I move mine, I will lose the ones I've posted here.
In your case it could be something else, maybe related to settings, something that I would not be able to help with.

ooops, typing at the same time Tom...you won the race ;D

Thanks for the replys,  Yes I do edit my photobucket library.  You have to I think to keep some things current, and everytime you move one photo ,,,,blip the sister photo moves over in its place.  I see that as maybe a problem,  but doesent every photo have an individual ID? or something the computer assigns to it that it should be able to replicate?     Somebody will know!

you could try saving your forum pics to a photobucket folder called eg AT. Then don't touch them!!!
You can then re-organize everying else to your heart's content
