Guys a hint of play with the sleeve is fine, you don't want to completely remove it. When things heat up on a long fight, it would be a good thing to have it there.
I don't like excessive sideway play as well, but I try not to make it crazy tight.

Finally got everything in the mail today to complete the Green Hornet!  (nod to the Oregon Ducks) All I can say is WOW this turned out much better than I had hoped!  Small adjustments here and there but all and all just a great end product!  All help and parts from members!  Thank you everyone from a happy camper in Seattle:
