It's a Penn reel with an Aftco handle.

Looks to be grossly overpriced. Also looks like the seller picked a screenshot from another listing and posted it as the picture. The picture says Pasadena on it....

My guess is it's a scammer. Don't even email. Some of these people are just data harvesters.
