Tib frame for the Newell G322

I installed a Tib frame on my Newell this afternoon and I thought I would share this solution for what I ran into with alignment with the screw holes in the newell rings. I had to drill the 6 holes on each side to 5/32" to allow some wiggle room for proper alignment of the screws. I used a Uni-Bit so I stayed centered, the first size was 1/8" just fitting the original holes and the second step was 5/32", that was all it needed.
