just serviced my new to me 12/0 and I have a couple questions
the washer under the main gear is delrin ? what part # do I need to replace it with a carbon fiber?
the setplate is held in place by 4 screws, 2 of which are only threaded 1/2" the other 2 are fully threaded, where do they go? I put the partialy threaded ones at the position of the AR dog, is this correct? thanks for reading.

The stock black washer under the main gear is just fine. No need to change that one.

The bridge screws go like this. The fully threaded ones go on the bottom and the partially threaded ones go up top so the yoke can move freely up and down.

You want to keep the Delrin undergear with the 12/0. One decent Shark will chew up a carbon fiber under there.
