Your problem is caused by using an improper or inferior handle arm wrench....   ;D

Keta,

I'm not sure that Alan's wrench fits the Levelmatic reel . . .

They don't, I am "shamelessly product pimping".   I have 2 of these left.

I have 5 of these reels in different sizes. They are not easy to work on if you do a full disassembly. They just take longer.

If you need anything for your reel I have many NOS parts for them.

Hi, Max !

There are TWO "clickable links" at the bottom of this post . . . ( Below the Line at the bottom )

QUOTE :

* PENN 910 920 930 940 Levelmatic Reels.pdf (1790.86 KB - downloaded 0 times.)
* SCHEMATIC.pdf (59.51 KB - downloaded 0 times.)

END QUOTE :

If you click on them, you will be able to download and save two "pdf" files. One is a great tutorial on Levelmatic Reels and the other is the Schematic for your 920 reel.
