Dominick

Yeah, all well and good but does she deer hunt?   :D Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

I'm a bit over her age limit but if she owns a boat I'm willing to lie about my age,  ask her to send pics.
Of the boat!

Great post Chili! Those kinda look like tiger trout rather than brookies.  8)

Thanks Mo, nope not Tigers.
I went back and looked at them, they're Brookies with white leading edges on anal fins, and Browns.

Day Two

Nate scored a 16.5" Golden Rainbow.
Some type of dry fly was used, not sure.

I got an 11"  Brook and a 11.5"  Brown, both on live red wrigglers.

Wayne, they're a Rainbow hybrid, specially bred.
PA stocks them quite regularly, especially on for Opening Day of trout season.
They stocked over 8500 last year.

No, not smoking any, fresh on the grill and cast iron here at the cabin.

Thanks Daron, the family and I are enjoying it immensely.

I know you enjoyed your's regardless, but I still wish I'd been able to stop by and say hello.
And maybe help put a monster shark on the sand.

Day Three

A lot of time out of the water today, running errands and shopping with the women.
So not much to show for fishing.

I caught a few dink trout, legal but too small for me to bother with cleaning.
I lost a BIG Brownie, might've been a new state record!  ::)
Honestly he was at least as big as Nate's Golden... Dagblast'it!

Also caught a nice 19" Smallmouth bass and another Smallmouth which is so far the tiniest fish of the trip.
The big Smallie had to be released as the season is closed on all Bass till June 16th, so no pic.
The dink Smallmouth was all of 2" and hit the same lure as the 19"er.

Nate put another Brown in the fridge, it was a solid 12"
He also caught a nice bass that looked to be a Spotted, but again strict C&R so no pic.

I really need to get a waterproof/floating GoPro so I can take pics anywhere.
Sucks not being able to get scenery and action shots.
It is really beautiful up here.

One the wife took from the bank.

Keep slaying those tiny Fish John.
You are the Master of your domain. ;)
With all the pictures, I have never seen one of your wife, Ever.
Is this a rule?
I will meet her some day.
Face to face if need be.
I need to meet the woman that puts up with you. ;)

LMAO...  :D
Yeah, she avoids cameras if she can.
Remember that song by 'The Coasters'

QuoteIf you want to be happy for the rest of your life
Never make a pretty woman your wife
So for my personal point of view
Get an ugly girl to marry you

Well... I married a pretty one, and now I'm singing that Guns-n-Roses,

QuoteI used to love her, but I had to kill her
I had to put her, six feet under, and I can still hear her complain

Before marriage, three kids and 20+ years.

Fairly recent.

Still pretty madly in Love with'er.  8)

Good on You brother!
I feel the same way.
I've been married for 25 plus.
My one and only. There is no other way for me.
One Wife, One Life.
I Love my Wife above everything else.
She puts up with me.
That is all I can ask.
I am very thankful to have only one. ;)
I couldn't Imagine it any other way.
Some things need to be done only once.
