I jumped the gun and double dogged my 12/0. Second opinion needed.

I think that is more than you can hold on to.
My tests were done as a dead lift with the reel mounted to a rod.
Then let the weight down and see how smooth it was over the side of the deck.
100lb test and my 12/0 mounted to Calstar Baja Boomer, That ammo can weighs 30lbs.
