Need SS for sure -- maybe 6 qt. Capacity, highest wattage available.

Lots of companies selling these -- made in China.

Work just fine.

Range from $100 to $200.

You can do a buy it now through one of the stores on ebay.

But shop for price before pulling the trigger, then also compare ratings from users.

Look for the best overall value for your usage -- not necessarily the lowest price.
