STRIPER LOU

Hi All, just finished up the last of the 4 parts. The shift lever completes this group and I've already made some changes to the arm itself. I was able to make the lever a bit oversize as its going on Tom's plates.

Stock Penn plates have a stepped boss that it has to fit into,  ... in this case its not necessary for Tom's as the plates are flat and the additional size I think will make it stand out.

I'm also awaiting some black delrin to make a cap and a few cutters to improve the process.

Still working on the wide stars too as time allows.

Hopefully I'll get to install everything next week to complete the  "Alan Tani Special"

All have a great afternoon,  ..  Lou

Doesn't get any better than that, Lou!

Exceptional skills...

You're right Joe, Lou isn't just in NJ, he is in Washington, NY, Florida, Alaska, Baja and everywhere in between  ;) ;)

Beautiful work as usual Lou. Your knobs make any reel unique. I'd love to see the reel that gets those parts.

Just installed my red knob couple days ago. Reel went from drab to game changer

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.
