this is the kind of work I really enjoy to do, this Shimano Trevala was sent to me from a friend to me to be restore it and put the colors and name of the boat of his father, his father passed away two years ago and my friend didnt wanted (couldnt) take the boat for a ride or use the fishing gear that belonged to his father because it was still "too hard to handle", but he finally settle everything down and cleaned the boat to use it this season and wanted me to restore this trevala rod that was the favorite rod of his Dad.

Hi Alex, thanks for posting the extra pic of the tips, the tips that I do are just plain black, with maybe a bit of metallic at each end, i just love how clear you get you epoxy finnish, keep well cheers Don.
