Avet reel nut friendly screwdriver

I used to make these using plastic handles until dawned on me that I was a woodworker.  Dah

Kites fly the highest against the wind, not with it.

I can see a set of those that also includes a Penn crank handle nut wrench.

How do you cut the slot for the blade?  Biscuit joiner -- or?

I used my bandsaw very carefully.  The kerf is slightly less than the screwdriver blade thickness.  A slight sanding and a tight fit was the result.
