Difference between 330 and 285 Finessa?

What is the difference between these two reels?  I have several 285 Finessa and a couple 330's.  I haven't opened up the 330's yet, but from the outside, these reels appear to be very similar...

The 285 was the predecessor to the 330.

70% of the parts will interchange.
