Finished up a 440.

These are the same size frame as a 330/331 -- but with a larger spool and rotor -- and a few neat features unique only to this reel.

Designed for giant European Carp, and on this side of the globe -- Salmon, Steelhead, Stripers, Lakers, Mackinaws, Sturgeon, and large Cats.

A tough & capable reel.

Hope to have a 440 that works at some point. They'd be nice with an aluminum spool  :P ... Jeff

is the drag stack/well same as 300-size, or bigger?

are there year-specific variations?

Same size as 330. The 440 also has a better bail adjustment than the 330. May be the same used on 330N... Jeff
