re-tapping a jigmaster gear sleeve

the course size (13/32x24). are getting pretty impossible to find.

After searching the internet, I would agree that they are pretty hard if not impossible to find.   That is why I suggested buying the tap in that size and drilling and tapping a nut or steel bar to use to chase the threads on brass.   The dies are available for fine threaded  13/32-32 from several sources.
