Yes Alex- I meant to mention- trigger went straight to ceviche and was amazing! after you have to use a Sawzall to filet it lol

thats the only way I eat triggers, ceviche.
plenty of more fish are better for butter and garlic fillets or fish tacos

one I caught a triggerfish I say, one ceviche.. another ceviche, nice, 3 ceviches
