How many reels do y'all have? I probably have about 75. All users or eventual users.

Tough enough to count rods but at least they're mostly in racks on the walls (except for several in a corner) reels have such odd shapes yet they fit together in a pile so well.

Nothing good can come from counting my reels, and nothing in my marriage vows says I gotta limit myself  :d

My reel inventory is basically a life form.

It constantly changes and is impossible to put a number on.

I am at least 3/4 of the way to 1K. I probably would be there by now if it wasn't for the current economic times & admin eating up 20% of everything I worked my entire life to accumulate.   ??? I've only bought 4 or 5 reels in the last 3 years. :(
Love those open face spinning reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco Cardinals)

61, if I counted right. Got the 2 in each of my vehicles and the fidget one on my desk. Oh wait! Ha!, just gotta keep thinkin, the Swami sent me a nice condition Sailfisher and it's in parts for cleaning, 62.

Sixtyish, plus some parts reels or reels I hope to eventually fix up but are not usable right now. Out of the 60+, all are users and none are shelfies; a handful I do not use very often and probably should move out.

Mebbe 630. When I build out all the parts Ted just sent me, it will go up by a lot of jigmasters.

It depends how you wanna count, and who is asking. But if I gave you a number I'd be guessing.

I definitely have enough. But there's still a few I want.

Reels are like guns, it's best not to count, and better not to know.
Buy it nice or buy it twice.

I started counting once in my shop attic I have a rod rack up there for least used combos. By the time I got down to the shop floor I was thirsty & stopped counting. The rack on the shop floor is full.I have one in each vehicle,4 hefty totes full & some on display.7 on the floating dock,2 on golf cart,3 in garage .One day I may count & make a spreadsheet with photos so the vintage reels value will be appreciated ,when I go to that Crystal river.I rather spend my time fishing though, than counting :fish
