Tld 50 problem

Hello everybody I have a tld 50lrs that I'm having problems with. I am noticing that the full drag is getting around 25 pounds while strike is only like 6. The drag ramp is crazy between strike and full. Anybody know of any reasons?
I moved this to here I don't think I originally posted this in the right spot.
