I am guilty of using Amazon to save money ,but I don't get their ads sometimes? I have reported errors to no avail, seems not worth their time to correct they make so much money & could care less .Maybe it's an algorithm or driven by cookies who knows.

Their ad shows a Battle 4 4000 for $83.50,as you read on down it's actually a Battle 3.The 4000 price is the lowest. I do not know if it is their lowest quantity &
they are trying to clear out the warehouse or the slowest seller? I have a Battle 2-2500 & 3-2000 great reels!

Appears to me that they're trying to clear out some of the slow selling sizes. Looks like the more popular sizes are pretty close to straight up retail.
Love those open face spinning reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco Cardinals)

I had 2 of the original Battles in the 4000 size and was very happy with them. The talk I hear around my parts is that up to the Battle III they were great reels. I have "heard" that the 4 series is not up to par with its predecessor's. This is not my opinion only what I heard. Take it for what it's worth. In general, I think they are the reel of choice, and that's my opinion. Easy to service and reliable.
