Here in the east coast peoples republix of Taxachusetts the Massholes have a daily and personal possession limit, so if the freezer gets too full you may be a criminal.     (sigh)
Fishing bad.....Fishermen pigs are overfishing species
Fishing good....Regulators are geniuses 
Regulators ignore my rabbit cycle theory.  This year lots of rabbits around.  Next year see a few foxes, not so many rabbits. Ad infinium
