New year fishing

My pond is super clear now like a swimming pool you can see the bottom in the shallows.Sometimes when I bank fish I see fish swim away.I will try the pink/white jig combo & may troll some too.Gotta sneak up on them,dock fishing is probably the best now with minnows & I am out,the trap aint catching much.I might have to actually buy some.

If there is a current I will let's the jig flow thought the current and lift when it touch bottom .If no current I just swims it along bottom and jerk it once in a while .When letting the jig go with a current often have slack line and it's easier to detect a strike with mono than with braid in this case
