X20SHA gear noise on the retrieve in gear.

Hi all

X20SHA... I've got grinding noise and vibration when retrieving in gear... Both reels have seen very little use... Visual inspection of the pinion and main gears are fine, driveshaft seems fine also... I've also swapped out the brass bushing that sits behind the bigger spool bearing in the cage and still to joy in getting this noise away... Any help greatly appreciated.
