Hey there,

Working on this Daiwa Saltiga LD40 2spd (not the current version) and now encountered a problem with the four frame holes having corrosion in them. I'm hoping to tap and/or re-thread the holes clearing them of the corrosion but have no idea what size threads are - the screws have cleaned up well. I've called Daiwa Parts and they don't have any specs or information on the screws - does anyone have any idea?

The screws are part #70 (G47-3704) -

Thanks in advance

:) I see in your other thread you found your calipers . Post up some measurements of the screws .

I have this set of metric taps for clean ups , for the smaller sizes . https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F2Q3BYL/ref=ox_sc_act_title_24?smid=A2JBP2H9YMUEUF&th=1
