Have you ever seen one of these frames?

Gfish

Fishing tackle is an art form and all fish caught on the right tackle are"Gfish"!

Never seen one of those. Does it work with Penn guts?  Looks like that one is missing the clicker?

Custom engraving? Sounds like the name of a boat
Any machine is a smoke machine if you use it wrong enough.

Rancanfish

That is a charter boat out of Berkeley, California.
I woke today and suddenly nothing happened.

Saw it on eBay. Looks like it will make a 99 Jigmaster sized reel.

No idea, the seller didn't know either, he thinks maybe Accurate. It sold for $58.

I think Tiburon was the one who started with those frames. Accurate was originally their subcontractor who started making them under their own name. There are others who've made frames too.

Overall, machining looks good, as does the finishes. Looks like some tool chatter on the inside of the frame, but not a show stopper.
Clamp may be Accurate.
Spool looks like one of those Lee Pro spools that been floating on eBay for years.

Have you contacted the boat operator?

Looks like a nice frame, wish I would have seen the listing!

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.-Sal
