Our SIL won a Blackstone(Charbroil) knockoff in a golf tournament & gave it to my wife for mother's day.I never wanted one until now I see all the things I can do with it.I told them this will cover father's day as well.Charring boston butt without a fire will be a plus.70 screws in this thing took awhile to assemble,just gotta season it before the cooking begins

There are several video channels on youtube and rumble with recipes.  Don't forget to season the grill if its a flattop griddle.
