Hmm. There is no such thing as a "LX G2 6.0 MC 2 speed." The 2-speed LX is labeled "LX G2 6/3 MC" where 6/3 for high and low gear. The 6.0 is a single speed reel. Let's hope you did get a 2-speed reel and it was mislabeled. The G2 has more drag than the older standard LX but not as much as the Raptor. I'd say the LX G2 is good for maybe 50# line.
