There are a few stickers left but Alan has the only t-shirt that was made and I have the only sweatshirt....

420 old school generic jig 9/0 galvanized mustard, 200lb. Yozuri bite leader, calstar xxh railroad, okuma 30wide. Somebody said under 10 minutes. Over 100lbs. That's Steve's foot trying to help me stand it up!
So I'm in the corner after everybody already went by, trying to stay up and down and close to the numbers given. I think mostly it was between 250-300. When the fish hit with so much force, it ripped the rod from my grip! Luckily the reel flipped down and was caught by the rail! Line going out, trying to get gain control, as my line goes under the boat. The whole time I'm thinking I'm going to lose this fish! Don't come off! Somebody yelling drop it into low, after it was coming straight at me! A couple of lunges at the end trying gain freedom, gaffs were sunk and the battle was over.

Yeah, brutal trip. The real hero of the trip was Mohammed Subeh. He's an ER doc that actually lives a block and a half from me. El Pescador had a massive laceration mid shin. Our doc had a suture kit. Must have taken a dozen stitches. Sorry, no gorey pics.

Bummer about Wayne's leg but good a doctor was on the boat.
