Hi Very basic question guess I am doing something stupid , I am unable to remove the highlighted gear to access the bearings any ideas please ?  Tried to follow the tutorial but unable to see the photos

did you get the handle off?  then you should be able to tap it out.

thankyou alan i still couldnt get it out and found there is a spring clip which retains the main gear
