I tried for a week to get library access.  It's been some years now and I don't recall all the details and instructions, but followed them to the letter and paid the fees.  It wouldn't let me create the account so I asked someone there for help and all they could do was regurgitate the same set of instructions without trying to figure out why it wouldn't work for me.  Gave up.  Screw 'em.

That's too bad because I use it regularly without any issues. I glean a lot of good and useful information from it.

There was a time early on when access was somewhat cumbersome but that was shortlived. Access has been fine and simple for a few years now. My biggest issue is remembering it takes a different username and password and remembering what that password is.
