I need a 700 Eccentric A/R Dog Install Photo if anyone has one handy, maybe save me some time looking
& thinking...  ;D

I found one pretty quick by Scott at Mystic.

Ok where does the copper washer go, under the AR dog stud?

The hole in the copper washer look too small for the dog stud .   It may be the washer for the oscillating arm and bushing ?

I think the copper washer(if it's bent slightly) is used to keep pressure on the on/off lever. If so, inside the gear body or outside?

You're not showing the eccentric gear.  The washer goes under the eccentric gear where it rotates against the frame.  The hole in the washer is the same size as the screw.

The eccentric screw does fit the washer ( key #65),but has no description in the parts list. It appears to be in line with the dog components on the schematic? .If the eccentric is in the liner I see no way this washer could be used internally with it ?

Also, there is a ridge on the body where the eccentric goes.

The next to last photo is showing the washer under the dog stud is the only other
Place I see it could go?

In the stripersonline photo zoomed in, it appears to be a wavy washer under the dog stud? (last Photo green arrow).

Reverses engineering pictures , first is dog and spring latched to the dog .
 Second picture unlatched .
Third picture , spring is held down under the copper washer and the dog pin holds the washer in place .

Yes Joe,I finally got it.I assembled the eccentric completely then superlubed all dog components to hold in place.I have never seen the dog pin setup before, but it can get airborne don't ask...

I am posting the complete 700 on your powdercoating thread.

Yep, same methodology as on the sideplates of all those old Penn conventionals.  "Captures" the spring in the eccentric so that under use it will not launch itself into the internals.  Launching under disassembly however is another matter, ask me how I know... :d  - john
