great question...I am trying to keep this lowkey...we're really not supposed to fish the golf course and a trailer might draw unwanted attention from the golf-nazis.

If you want to keep things low key then pick up an old Popeil's Pocket Fisherman and stash in the glove box compartment and no one will be the wiser when you're just tooling around the course.

The Pocket Fisherman; as seen on TV! I was gifted one when they came out in the mid-1970's. It's still here somewhere, but was never used. "Buy one for the fisherman in the family" was part of the TV commercial but no self-respecting fisherman would be caught dead with it.

I really like Dave's idea. I picture lucking out and finding 2 of the same golf bag at a thrift shop and using material from the second to widen the lower section to accommodate 3-4 reels, and put a zipper down the side for easy access.

But then security is out there looking for golf carts after hours, right? Maybe you don't wanna look like a golfer?

Get a Great Lakes Whirlaway with the two-piece rod. All you need to do is put a driver head cover on it.
