Tiburon P21XN on a S338

I bought a 338 thinking It was direct swap with the P21XN frame but the holes don't exactly line up. Do other series Newells have different inside rings that line up better?

I think I recall that is for 200 series only. If so I have an S229-5 in excellent shape for $99.00

Everything assembled with grease so no frozen screws etc. Super clean with good chrome, clean letters.
