TLD Drag Plate Again

Let's try this again, I need one of the upgraded drag plates for a TLD 20/30 II 2 speed reel to complete a set. I thought I had one from Fred, but it turned out to be an OEM plate in an upgraded plate bag. I was aware that this was a possibility since I tend to do the same thing when upgrading so I wasn't surprised. However, I still need an upgraded plate.
 To make things easier, I measured the different drag plates. The OEM plates are approximately 2.16" (548mm), and the upgraded drag plates are approximately 2.48" (630mm). If someone has one laying around, I am definitely interested.
  I also might be interested in a Tiburon or Will Fish topless frame for a TLD20 II. One of mine has a top bar and I am not fond of it.
