I was in Army basic training at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.. Then off to Ft. Leonard Wood...

There yuh go, they took my photo many times to my platoon mates dismay because I tended to wire land mines and use weapons with decent accuracy lol!!

Depends when in 1986. Early in the year I was a bun in the oven. later in the year I was busy being a baby sleeping and pooping. I'll ask my mom to send a pic if you need proof.

Finishing up my 4 years at Nellis AFB, NV working on F-117A, and getting ready for next assignment at Tyndall AFB, FL working on F-15C. Towed that Toyota with a homemade tow bar behind Bronco, across the US, raining most of the way, with a 2 year old and 5 month old, both crying and wailing all the way. Didn't know they had chicken pox. Dog in the back throwing up most of the trip. Any road trip since has been a piece of 🍰.

Working 6 days/week at a Salmon hatchery. Was on a tributary to the Smith river in N. Calif. The place ran off of grants and private donations and various money raising events. A very labor-intensive facility, that always had water supply/delivery issues.
The best thing about that experience was learning that spawning habitat rehabilitation is probably gonna be a much better option than hatchery supplementation. And, if you do go the hatchery route, DON'T max-out your facility's rearing capacity. Everybody does that. Something is always going to go wrong and kill fertilized eggs and/or fish.
Fishing tackle is an art form and all fish caught on the right tackle are"Gfish"!
