Mango grouper ceviche

I started to post this in recipes but I don't have the gas in the tank. I'm too stuffed. The point is use really green mango

that Ceviche looks yummy, it looks like a recipe from south america or even from Mexico, Mango really put another tone in some ceviches and also in fresh salsas

if Gag grouper taste similar to leopard grouper surely that dish was a hit

My wife's backhanded compliment "I really didn't expect it to be that good" my son devoured it. Kept telling y daughter she wouldn't like it. "But you guys like it! I wanna try"

The recipes I saw didn't have garlic. I definitely added some garlic. And my wife is allergic to avocado so that was an easy omission.
