What do you do with your Parts Reels?

Now. Question is. Do parts reels count towards collection totals? If so I have way more than what I tell people. Couple drawers. Couple bins. I have an entire 3drawer storage bin with just Penn 710 and 712 parts. Another thing with 30 drawers for small parts. Might have an addiction.

I asked that further up...how does one count a "reel"?   If a reel works but misses a frame screw, does it count?

If a reel doesnt work for a missing handle or bad spring is it still a reel? (yes)?

If a reel is only an extremely rare silver Jiggy spool and needs all other parts furnished, is it a reel? (whazzzzup Ted

I have at least a half dozen Penn 9's dissassembled, cleaned and available as needed and could build all out in  couple of hours. Are they reels or parts? I think parts, but where does one draw a line between "it's parts" and "it needs parts"? I don't have the answer. I can have too many reels as reported to my lovely wife, or I can be "prepared with spare parts inventory in the event of failure".
