which penn 113 is older

Ok yawl no me and my love for these old ll3's. Question my majority of ll3's are black sided with small circle stating Penn ll3 other side has Penn 4/0 senator and the marlin jumping. Came across a ll3 that is same except there is a boat with a line and the marlin jumping. It has a red handle. Both are 2 to 1 gear. Both 5 posts. Anybody know which is older and is there any difference in the internal guts.  thx
