M&W Ocean Star series reel

Hi is anyone familiar with this reel 715 ocean star overhead reel and can it be compered to jigging master pe series

i've read a few threads that M&W manufactures parts for JM, also read some threads that Maxel  manufactures parts for JM but then also read that M&W  is the source for both JM & Maxel.
