I love all your post but man have you had a shrink test lately. My wife thinks your nuts. Stay safe and enjoy life to the fullest. I am sure many of us would love to have tried what you are doing.

Wow! Big mahalo everyone for the awesome comments! I decided to try my luck this morning again and I guess my luck didn't run out yet.... First bait out and a 61# sailfish blasted off within the first hour! Paddled it back in 3 miles and went back out! Second bait out and a massive ahi crushed my bait! Fought it for about half an hour and just before leader my hooks poped out! It defiantly felt larger than yesterday's 104 pounder but I'm still very satisfied with the sail. I Paddled a little over 9 miles today in search for another monster ahi but got no bites.  I'm totally burnt out, so I'll post pics of the sail in the morning. It's 10 pm here in Hawaii and the past few days has just been crazy! I'm taking a couple days off to recoup and work on the marlin vid!

Aloha, rob

Well, you won't get any sympathy from me! ;) Massive envy maybe, but no sympathy.

Congrats on the amazing fishing! Hope to see the videos soon.

'Photo 2' really is something special.
Spent a few years (in the early '90s) surfing the North Shore.
Would love to catch up with ya one day and reprise the history ;)
Appreciate your posts Rob.
Cheers, Justin

I kayak fish and crab up here in Nor Cal when time permits (which isn't often enough), we have a guy who goes 7 miles out for Halibut in NCKA, but I haven't seen anyone with that kind of Mojo!  Big kudo's for going after beasts like that!
Bad day of fishing still beats a good day at work!
