Reel Repair by Alan Tani

Hello everyone. My name is Chris (Tennshark) and I have been using this site for a few years now and just now getting around to joining.  I have learned a tremendous amount from reading on this site are there are so many brillant members here it blows me away.  If the reel companies are smart they will watch this site like a hawk and produce ever improving products that target what people really want in a reel. I have fished freshwater for 40 yrs since I live in Tn. But my favorite fishing over the past 20 yrs has to be saltwater. My father in law introduced me to the salt in 1995 along the outer banks of NC and I have not been the same since. The past several years we fish more in Florida since it is closer. Just wish Tn was not so far from the ocean. My favorite fishing is for bull reds, cobia, and also land based shark fishing. Nothing like catching something much bigger than yourself! Alan has been a great help with servicing all my reels and from day one has treated me like a great friend even tough he did not know me. Thanks so much Alan. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you so much for all that you do. I will try and post a few pics of catches if I can figure it out. Thanks.
