We got a small window to get out yesterday and stayed in 75 ft of water and caught this guy 5 nice seabass and trow back a bunch of endangered red snapper. Fun day with my boys.

Thank you gentleman. We grilled it up today with pineapple datilPepper and black bean salsa with a side of coleslaw. One side feed 7 of us.

Nice, sounds good, although I am not sure if the non Floridians will know what a Datil pepper is.

I've been in FL for almost 30 years, I don't know what a Datil pepper is. I'm headed for Google.

Yes Dominick they have some heat! my mom said her finger was numb for a bit after getting the seeds out.

maybe off topic but is this datil pepper hotter than a ghost pepper? only one way to find out...
