Dave, from my understanding, topwater fishing is using topwater lures (popper, pencil bait, frog, etc) to catch fish..
the take will be like "kaabushhh!!"  ;D

TOM IS HEADED ON ONE OF THOSE DAY AND HALF FISHING TRIPS TODAY. HE LEAVES SAN DIEGO AND HEADS TO MEXICO. WE BROUGHT BACK 27 BAGS OF FILLETS ON OUR LAST TRIP FROM POWELL. OUR NEXT TRIP TO POWELL WILL BE OCT. 3/7.
