So inspired by Bryan's passion, tagged along w/my buddy Garett to get his 7-y old son Ryder bit last Sunday. He got his 1st yellow...and a few more fishing the Coronados.

Then the next day, another friend asked if I would take her 13-y old out. 15 min into our 1st stop he is bent double on 12# (Penn 940 bought from R46chevy on a re-wrapped Ugly Stik bass rod) & pulls in a firecracker.

I believe Bryan passion for the sport was in the air...rest easy bud.

Fishing yesterday; nothing to brag about, except maybe the most beautiful day I have had on the water this year.  That's good enough for me.  Bry Guy, prayers for the best possible outcome, and know you are in the thoughts of many.

bryan has been slipping fast.  the hospice nurse says it's only a matter of a few days.  i'm headed over to the house now.   

 Very sad. My prayers for Bryan and his beloved family
