Any information about Tico anchor

A friend gave me this anchor long time ago when I live in Illinois ,I was told that it made by titanium ,on the anchor only letter Tico ,it's light but strong and that time I only have 14' boat so no need for a big anchor and never use it . Try to search Tico anchor but no luck

Not sure about the majer Tico , but the fluke anchor style is great on soft bottoms and digs and holds. Not quite as versatile as a "bruce" style but like I said they hold well on soft substrates.

Anchors don't have to be large or heavy for fishing. A good design like the Danforth you're showing with proper chain length, line(rode), and scope are all you need. Add a trip-line(snag release)to the hole in the anchor crown and your setup is perfect... and light enough to not cause un wanted back pain and drudgery every time you want to check a spot out. I prefer fishing  in decent conditions, and smaller "Lunch-time Anchors" are blessing in many ways.

If it's truly titanium that's rather novel. Strong as heck and obviously corrosion resistant. But I don't know if "weighs less" is actually a desirable trait in an anchor.

I'm not sure it is titanium either but surely it have no attraction to magnet ,much stronger than alluminum someone say if you grind it off with grinding wheel and have blue spark so it is titanium i have not try yet

Raw titanium costs $10 to $50 per pound.  Galvanized steel costs $0.30 to $0.80 per pound.  That would make it a mighty expensive anchor.

Maybe "TICO" stands for TItanium COated?

Wow these are big anchor for big boat .mine is less than 10 lbs but it's still cost too much to loose in bottom of lake

When grinding titanium the sparks will be white.  not even yellowish.....seems like titanium is about 2/3 to 3/4 the weight of steel.  very corrosion resistant....
