Crappie fishing in Texas been good about a week ago but mostly small to average size ,water temp around 51 degrees but today I caught 1 more than 16" long, that is longer than the 5 gallon bucket .Never catch any crappie that big in Illinois but here in Texas they grow fast .Every year I caught several big fish like this ,sometime several big one in one day

It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

You mean selling these jig ? No only make some jig for fun and try different material to find the one work best ,never make enough money by tying jigs .I sell 1 time on ebay 5 bulktail jigs for $20 ,that fairly good price but then I have to spent $5.00 for shipping ,spent at least 1 hour to tie them then minus money to buy hooks and lead ,making about $5/hour

Crab Pot

That is a HOG Crappie.

Maybe even wall worthy!?

I've never even seen one that big.

Good job,

Steve
Buy it nice or buy it twice.
