Guys

I need advice  :al

The Stradic is finished and fully functional except

The bail arm screw broke between the rotor and bail arm
Any suggestions

Are fh Stradic bail arms the same as more modern ones from shimano ?
If so I can order a more newer model part

The eBay seller who sold me this has another complete Stradic fh but it has a seized bail arm as well
Can I use a seized roller fishing or will it burn the line ?

Advice welcome

Some reels the line guide does not turn on the bail by design .    It is no less than what is happening at the tip top ..     So the short answer is as long as the bail roller is not grouved is OK .

if it's a light line application, there should be no problem.  if it's big stuff, it could become an issue really quick!
send me an email at alantani@yahoo.com for questions!

thanks for the answers
I've never encountered a line bearing roller before and was unsure
Looks like I will get the used stradic and swap the bail arm over
tight lines
