natch!

Alan and I should be there around mid-day Thursday. So I should have time to get some groceries and I can cook reasonably well. My only gluten free, vegan recipe is black coffee, though.
How many will be there?

Bill +1.  Should be there Friday after 12 noon.
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

The forecast from the ECMFW model seems to be holding up so far.

Looks a bit bumpy with such a short period, but the swell is not huge.  Wind is getting up there .   Per John's comment, I am wondering where they draw the line to call off trips there. Close to shore maybe not as bad with the NW wind and swells?   Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys...

Have a great trip and a good time, guys!

NOAA Marine forecast for Saturday looks a little like peering down into a washing machine while on the Agitation Cycle, with 20-25 knot winds, and close swell intervals

Hope it is not that bad.

Maybe bring some surf fishing gear, just in case.

It has been unseasonably cold and weird weather up here in the Sierra Nevadas at 4500', for May.  32° last night, high today around 57°.  Winds 7mph to 15mph.  We received about 3 minutes of rain yesterday.

Best, Fred

There is nothing like lying flat on your back on the deck, alone except for the helmsman aft at the wheel, silence except for the lapping of the sea against the side of the ship. At that time you can be equal to Ulysses and brother to him.

A little better forecast now so that's a positive. A little breezy and lumpy but classic morro bay weather
