There was a Quick Clipper 022 reel that sold recently on eBay for about $25. I didn't bid on it. I'm not familiar with this reel and can't find much online info.

Is this a rare and/or quality model? Just curious.

There's good reason why it's an obscure  Quick product, and it isn't because it's a rare or quality product.   :-X

Taiwan reel, poor components, not anywhere near the quality of the older DAM Quicks.

I have a lot of parts for those, plus a couple of crates of broken Clippers from DQ regional repair centers that I acquired over the years.  One old guy at a regional repair center down in LA, told me that these Clippers were guaranteed for 2 years.  He was getting so many of them in with broken frames and stripped pot metal alloy gears —- that the DQ Rep would not authorize any repairs.  The rep just brought by a new case of all sizes of the Clippers, with instructions to take the broken reel, and just give the customer a new reel. Then DQ would also pay the shop $20 for their trouble.  It was the case of a decent company making good on a lousy product.
